After 2 years of the COVID 19 pandemic its time to start fall lacrosse training so we are excited to announce the return of the Lacrosse Focus Training Program. We are brining back this program starting September 20th and using the program to train for the Northwest Lax Fest in Yakima Washington USA. More information coming soon!
